These terms apply to BeatSync API, including the API website, documentation, demo, and API endpoints made available through RapidAPI. By using the API, you agree to use it only for lawful audio analysis workflows and in accordance with the plan limits shown on RapidAPI and this website.
API access
- Public access is provided through RapidAPI. API keys, subscriptions, billing, plan changes, and cancellations are managed by RapidAPI.
- Public analysis requests must use
multipart/form-datawith a form field namedfile. - Uploaded files must be 50 MB or smaller and within the duration limit of your plan.
- We may reject requests that are malformed, unsupported, abusive, too large, too long, or likely to harm the service.
Rights and responsibilities
- You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and analyze any audio you submit.
- You are responsible for your application, your users, and any output or decisions made from API results.
- BeatSync API returns timing estimates. Results may vary by audio quality, musical structure, file format, and processing conditions.
Billing, refunds, and availability
- Requests may count against your RapidAPI plan even when the uploaded file is invalid, unsupported, too large, or over the duration limit.
- Consumed API requests are generally non-refundable. If the service is unavailable and a request was not processed, contact support with the request ID, timestamp, plan, and response body.
- The service is provided without a formal SLA unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Prohibited use
- Do not upload malware, abusive files, or traffic intended to attack processing systems.
- Do not attempt to bypass RapidAPI quotas, access controls, rate limits, or security checks.
- Do not resell raw API access as a pass-through service without written permission.
